1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within approximately 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

2. Returns & Replacement
Due to health and hygiene considerations, opened or used products are not returnable. If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect or expired-at-delivery product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video for review and eligible replacement or refund.
